Dayton Children’s – Connor Health Pavilion Lactation Clinic

The Connor Health Pavilion offers an outpatient lactation clinic through Dayton Children’s Hospital providing breastfeeding and infant-feeding support for families. Services may include latch and positioning support, milk supply concerns, pumping guidance, infant weight checks, and general feeding questions.

This clinic is a great option for families seeking hospital-based lactation care in a community outpatient setting.

Katie Dunlap provides private, individualized lactation consulting for families in the Dayton area. Support may include in-home or virtual visits, feeding assessments, pumping plans, return-to-work support, and care for more complex feeding challenges.

WIC provides free breastfeeding support, nutrition education, breast pumps (when eligible), and access to trained breastfeeding peer counselors and lactation professionals. Services are available during pregnancy and postpartum and are income-based.

La Leche League offers free peer-to-peer breastfeeding support, including local meetings, online groups, and phone support. This resource is especially helpful for ongoing encouragement, community connection, and shared lived experience.
